* WHAT...Flash flooding and debris flows caused by excessive rainfall are possible over the Sierra Nevada including the Basin and French Burn Scars and the Garnet Fire. * WHERE...Sierra Nevada and foothills including the Basin and French burn scars and the Garnet Fire. * WHEN...From Thursday morning through Friday evening. * IMPACTS...Heavy rainfall over the Sierra Nevada including the Basin and French Burn Scars and the Garnet Fire is expected up to and during the period of the watch. Residents near the Basin and French Burn Scars and the Garnet Fire should prepare for potential flooding impacts. Be sure to stay up to date with information from local authorities.
