Alert Details:
* WHAT...Light to Moderate snow. Additional snow accumulations 2 to
5 inches above 6000 feet, and locally up 6-10 inches to over
higher peaks. 1 to 3 inches of snow down to around 5500 feet.
Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.

* WHERE...West Slope Northern Sierra Nevada and Western Plumas
County/Lassen Park Counties.

* WHEN...Until 4 PM PST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...The hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday
morning commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow levels 6000 to 5500 feet today.

Alert Details:
* WHAT...Snow. Snow accumulations of 2 to 5 inches above 5000 feet
west of Highway 395, with up to 10 inches along the highest peaks.
Trace to 2 inches above 5000 feet east of Highway 395. Winds
gusting as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE...Lassen-Eastern Plumas-Eastern Sierra Counties.

* WHEN...Until 4 PM PST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
could impact the Tuesday evening commute as well as the Wednesday
morning commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...There is a 15% chance for lightning through
this evening.
