Winds gusting as high as 40 mph. * WHERE...West Slope Northern Sierra Nevada and Western Plumas County/Lassen Park Counties. * WHEN...Until 4 PM PST this afternoon. * IMPACTS...The hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday morning commute. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow levels 6000 to 5500 feet today. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...Lassen-Eastern Plumas-Eastern Sierra Counties. * WHEN...Until 4 PM PST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday evening commute as well as the Wednesday morning commute. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...There is a 15% chance for lightning through this evening.
