* WHAT...Light to Moderate snow. Additional snow accumulations 2 to 5 inches above 6000 feet, and locally up 6-10 inches to over higher peaks. 1 to 3 inches of snow down to around 5500 feet. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph. * WHERE...West Slope Northern Sierra Nevada and Western Plumas County/Lassen Park Counties. * WHEN...Until 4 PM PST this afternoon. * IMPACTS...The hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday morning commute. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow levels 6000 to 5500 feet today.
